Who we help

We help mostly, but not exclusively, Black and African Caribbean Communities in the Bradford District.

More about us

Millennium Renaissance Consultants Ltd

We believed that there was a gap in the enterprise services available to the African and African Caribbean communities of West Yorkshire. Millennium Renaissance Consultants Ltd (MRC) was set-up to fill this gap by offering tailor-made training, recruitment, research, business development and advice.

MRC's key aim is to regenerate disadvantaged and marginalised communities by helping local people find suitable employment, and to encourage new business start-ups.

We provide employment, recruitment services, enterprise support, skills, qualifications and training opportunities for local minority and ethnic groups. Plus MRC is an approved City and Guilds Centre and OCR centre and offers training to individuals who feel that there are holes in their eductation that are stopping them from finding work. Through employment skills training, we offer hugely successful ESOL, ICT, Literacy, Numeracy and Preparation for Work.

The team at MRC supports people from all communities such as Pakistanis, Indians, Bangladeshis and Chinese. In addition it has successfully targeted Afghanis, Iraqis, Eastern Europeans, as well as people from other migrant and refugee communities.

Within these ethnic groups, MRC has a special focus on connecting with the unemployed, women, the over 50s, young people and lone parents. We fully recognises that for many people in our communities, there are still many barriers that prevent them from having the same equality of opportunity as other people enjoy. MRCs mission is to create and provide unique services that will help such people realise their aspirations and live a better life.
