We bring a wide variety of benefits for communities and the people and organisations within them;

• We give support to local entrepreneurs in the form that suits them. It is friendly, flexible, non-judgemental and we do not try to sell training or alternative forms of programmes. They then create jobs and circulate wealth locally.
• We support both large and small local businesses in becoming engaged in regeneration and take a more practical approach than sitting on committees, for example.
• We help the community as a whole to become more self confident and develop a 'can do' attitude through mobilising people to help each other, in order to achieve a thriving local business community. As a result of this local panel networking, community development and social enterprise ideas can develop.
• This can lead to various other connections. In one pilot area a local businessperson has decided to invest in creating some business units as a result of being on the BizFizz panel.
